  Singers and music composer duo Sachin and Jigar say that the concept behind making the hit music of the 2018 film 'Stree' was to fit it into the genre of horror-comedy. The film, which completes three years of release on Tuesday, featured Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead. The music album of 'Stree' comprises five chartbusters namely, 'Milegi Milegi, 'Nazar na lag jaye', 'Dil ka darzi', 'Kamariya' and 'Aao Kabhi haveli pe'. Talking about the idea behind the film's music, the musical duo say in a joint statement: "The idea behind making music for 'Stree' was to make an album which defines the horror-comedy genre.   The Indian stock market traded on a positive note on Thursday morning with the BSE Sensex gaining over 100 points. The market rose after a flat opening on the back of gains in the index-heavyweight Reliance Industries. At around 10.05 a.m., Sensex was trading at 56,065.82, higher by 121.61 points or 0.22 per cent from its previous close of 55,944.21 points. It opened at 55,988.41 and has so far touched an intra-day high of 56,068.73 points or a low of 55,854.07 points. The Nifty50 on the National Stock Exchange was trading at 16,673.55, higher by 38.90 points or 0.23 per cent from its previous close. Manish Hathiramani, technical analyst with Deen Dayal Investments said: "We are successfully trading above 16,600 which is an indication of strength. 16,800-16,850 is a potential target and a resistance zone too.   UK retail sales fall sharply despite easing Covid curbs  The UK's retail sales volumes fell by 2.5 per cent in July from June despite the easing of coronavirus restrictions, but still 5.8 per cent higher than the pre-pandemic levels in February 2020, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said. Food store sales volumes dropped monthly by 1.5 per cent in July, following an increase in the previous month when sales were boosted by the Euro 2020 football championship, while non-food stores sales volumes plunged by 4.4 per cent in July compared with June, Xinhua news agency quoted the ONS as saying on Friday. Meanwhile, automotive fuel sales volumes decreased by 2.9 per cent over the month, marking the first monthly fall since February 2021, the ONS data showed.   Kundra was nabbed in a similar complaint registered by the Crime Branch in 2021 for which he was sent to custody Mumbai, Aug 18 (UITV/IANS)  The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted interim protection from arrest to businessman Raj Kundra till August 25 in a porn film racket case registered in 2020 by the Mumbai Police here. When the matter came up for hearing, his lawyer Prashant Patil argued that the other co-accused in the case are already out on bail and the offences against Kundra attract a punishment of less than seven years, and hence deserved protection from arrest. Opposing the plea, Additional Public Prosecutor Prajakta Shinde said that the role of accused (Kundra) was different from the other co-accused and sought more time for instructions on the merits of the case. While granting time, Justice S.K.   Anandha Kannan Tamil Actor and Video Jockey Anandha Kannan, who was known for hosting popular shows, passed away here on Monday. He was 48. Anandha was reportedly suffering from cancer. Director Venkat Prabhu shared the news through his Twitter account on Tuesday. He tweeted: "A great friend a great human is no more!! #RIPanandakannan my deepest condolences." Anandha started his career in Singapore before shifting to Chennai and working in a radio station. He eventually started hosting television shows and became a household name in Tamil showbiz. Artificial Intelligence Worldwide revenues for the artificial intelligence (AI) market, including software, hardware, and services, is estimated to grow 15.2 percent (year-over-year) in 2021 to $341.8 billion, according to the International Data Corporation (IDC). The market is forecast to accelerate further in 2022 with 18.8 percent growth and remain on track to break the $500 billion mark by 2024. Among the three technology categories, AI software occupied 88 percent of the overall AI market. "However, in terms of growth, AI Hardware is estimated to grow the fastest in the next several years.
